FCDA Trustees operate Feltham Community Development Association based at: Belvedere House Community Resource Centre, Lemon Grove, Feltham TW13 4DH and a website @ https://fcda.org.uk (the “Service”).

  • To ensure emergency contact details are available
  • To be able to use statistical information to build a centre user profile and determine if FCDA service provision to reaching the target audience,
  • To ensure that service users are representative of the local community and that certain sectors are not excluded
  • To use statistical information to demonstrate to fundraisers that FCDA is reaching the target group funding is being received for.
  • To signpost you to other Service Providers
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so

Retention of Data

FCDA will retain your Personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Your data may be retained for up to one year to ensure FCDA has the opportunity analyse use of the Service and provide funders with statistical data.

FCDA will undertake an annual assessment of its data policy and data held.
