This Month’s theme is UEFA European Football, Pizza and Cards!
Men’s cave is a space where man can come together and engage. The idea is individuals that attend have a space to get support (we have special days where we have employment support etc) or just chill, with a television to watch football or tennis, play football, table tennis, with some soft drinks and snacks.

MOSAIC & WELLBEING CLASSES
Meet on Thursday 10.30am—12.30 pm
Our very popular and long running Mosaic classes. The class is for mixed ages and abilities (includes some special needs as well). The attendees support the design and creation of beautiful public and personal artworks.
Adult CROCHET classes
Starts 4 October 24 and will end on 31 January 2025
Any level of crocheters is welcome. All classes are free, but please email to book your place, as places are limited.
Basic materials for Beginners will be provided, for larger projects like Jumper and Shawls please bring in your yarn and hooks, the rest we will provide.
Lessons will be divided into 2 parts; The first 6 lessons will be making shawls/wraps and the other 6 will be learning how to make jumpers/cardigans of your choice.
This is to boost your mental well-being, make friends, inspire, and learn new skills in a safe environment and with an excellent teacher. Come and make something new. Tea and coffee are available. Email us for more information.
SVITANOK- UKRAINIAN LANGUAGE AND CULTURE SCHOOL

Social and Educational Activities for Ukrainian children. This is a group of Ukrainian parents and children who meet at the centre to provide Ukrainian language and culture education to their children. The need of such a group came about during the Ukraine/ Russia conflict, where many Ukrainian people of all ages found themselves unexpectedly in a new country and surrounded by a different culture and language. The group celebrates cultural events, teaches language and cultural tradition to the younger members.
PULSE YOUTH CLUB (Age 11 -15)

FCDA launched it in 2022, in partnership with local youth organisation Rise and Thrive. It brings communities together. It started with the death of 2 youth, and the parents of one is also a volunteer with the club. It is an opportunity to make new friends and join in a range of activities that
CENTRE FOR HUMAN DEVELOPMENT (CHD)

The CHD is an OISC accredited and CPD certified organisation, that supports women to help them understand their immigration status in relation to work/ setting up a business. Also helps victims of domestic abuse and immigration related issues.
